The Russell Co. Fiscal Court will have a special called meeting in conjunction with the road committee on Monday, Sept. 11, 2017 at 5:30pm. As required by the Dept. of Local Govt., the Russell Co. Road committee will have their quarterly meeting to discuss road repairs and safety and other issues relating to the operation of the road dept.
