A Russell County daycare has been shut down by the state following the discovery of some troubling videos.
An emergency suspension order cites a video from Wednesday of an owner of the Little People's Playhouse hitting a child with her hand, as well as spanking the child with a wooden block.
An October 6th video shows the same owner threatening to hit a child in the mouth to "make his mouth bleed."
The Little People's Playhouse in Russell Springs has been ordered to surrender their license and cease operations immediately.
