Columbia, Ky. (November 2, 2017) – Trooper Pete Binkley is investigating a collision that occurred at 5:57amET on KY 210 at the intersection of Attila Rd. in Taylor County. 57-year-old Lowell Keith Cochran of Louisville, KY was operating a northbound 2005 Chevrolet passenger car on KY 210 when he hydroplaned, left the roadway and overturned. Cochran was ejected from the vehicle and was flown from the scene to University of Louisville hospital.
Trooper Binkley was assisted at the scene by the Buffalo Volunteer Fire Department.
