A Russell County man was arrested after running from police in Casey County Monday.
Trooper Zack Scott with KSP arrested 27 year old Christopher D. Woodall, of Jamestown, around 3:15pm on Merritt Ridge.
Woodall is charged with Fleeing/Evading Police 1st/2nd Degree (Motor Vehicle/On Foot), Reckless Driving, Resisting Arrest, DUI-2nd (Aggravating Circumstance), Driving on a DUI Suspended License-2nd Off, No Moped License, Failure to Comply w/Helmet Law (over 21), No Eye Protection (Motorcycle), Careless Driving, No Registration Plates/Receipt, Registration/Title Requirements (vehicle not to operate on Highway), and other charges, with further charges pending in Russell County.
He was lodged in the Casey County Jail.
