An Adair County man was arrested early this morning (Tuesday, Dec. 19) on drug charges.
Adair County Sheriff Harrison Moss reports that at approximately 1amCT Deputy Josh Durbin conducted a traffic stop on Elkhorn Road. After a roadside investigation a passenger in the vehicle, 49-year-old Rory Shelanskey of Columbia, KY was taken into custody after he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
Shelanskey was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and Posssession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Deputy Durbin is the investigating officer.
