Pulaski Co. Sheriff Greg Speck reports that a Nancy, KY couple was arrested after a search warrant of their residence produced both heroin and methamphetamine on Christmas Day, 2017.
Deputy Brandon Smith obtained a search warrant for the residence of Pamela S. Henderson, age 47 and Douglas L. Henderson, age 47 of 10185 West Highway 80, Nancy, Kentucky after conducting an investigation of possible illegal drug activity.
Deputies executed the search warrant at approximately 9:50 pm on Christmas night. The search produced a small quantity of heroin and methamphetamine as well as several needles, glass pipes with residue, sets of scales, and baggies inside the residence.
Both Pamela S. Henderson and Douglas L. Henderson were charged with:
1. Poss of Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine)
2. Poss of Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Heroin)
3. Drug Paraphernalia-Buy/Possess
Pamela S. Henderson was also charged on a Pulaski County Circuit Court Warrant for a Probation Violation (For Felony Offenses).
They were lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center without incident.
