On Monday, May 7, 2018 Trooper Jonathan Carlock was dispatched to Tarter Gate Plant 2, approximately one mile south of Liberty on US 127 in reference to a male subject operating a 2002 Ford Mustang refusing to leave the property. Upon further investigation, Trooper Carlock arrested 39-year-old Larry N. Bryant of Liberty, KY at 1:54amET. Bryant was charged with Driving Under the Influence Alcohol/Drugs 3rd offense or greater with aggravating circumstance, Criminal Trespassing 3rd, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree 1st offense – Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, Disorderly Conduct 2nd, Resisting Arrest, License to be in Possession, and Failure to Wear Seat Belts. Bryant was lodged in the Casey County Jail.
