(Marion County, Ky June 5, 2018) 45 year old Howard K. Summers of Lebanon, Ky was arrested on Monday, June 4, 2018 at 10:13 PM EST on Ky 327 5 miles north of Lebanon by Trooper Nick Davis. Summers was indicted yesterday by the Marion County Grand Jury and charged with Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. Summers is believed to be responsible for the death of his wife Susanne Diane Summers on December 25, 2014. Summers was lodged in the Marion County Detention Center.
