SHOOTING IN RUSSELL COUNTY!!
According to police, two people have been shot (1 critically) at a residence on Hwy. 92 in Russell County, KY. Police have the alleged perpetrator in custody following a short pursuit in Clinton County.
R.S. Police Chief Joe Michael Irvin says a mother was shot in the arm, and a man at the home was also shot, and he has suffered a significant injury. The shooter took the mother's three children, and police were able to capture him following a pursuit.
The three children are safe. Medical crews will check them out before the children are released to their grandmother.
The shooting was the result of a domestic-related issue.
