Adair County Man Arrested On Drug Related Charge

Columbia, KY - On Friday, June 8th, 

Conservation Officer John Harris was patrolling the Holmes Bend area of Green River Lake when he contacted Howard Ryles (48), of Adair County. Further investigation led to the arrest of Ryles, who was lodged in the Adair County Detention Center on the following charges:

1. Possession of a Controlled 

Substance: Methamphetamine

2. Possession of Marijuana

3. Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

4. Open Alcohol Container in a 

Motor Vehicle

5. Operating on a Suspended License

6. Failure to Wear Seatbelt
