According to Pulaski County Sheriff Greg Speck, a Eubank woman, who was being sought on a Scott County District Court Warrant, was apprehended on Tuesday, June 26, 2018.

At approximately 2:10 PM Tuesday afternoon, Sergeant Richard Smith and Sergeant Daryl Kegley of the Sheriff's Office, acting on information they received, located Angela M. Couch, age 31 of Old Somerset-Stanford Road, Eubank, Kentucky at the Colonial Village Apartments.

Ms. Couch was taken into custody on a Scott County District Court Warrant for: Failure to Appear.  During the course of the arrest, various illegal drugs, as well as a syringe, were located on her person.  She was additionally charged with: 1. Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense (> or =2 Grams Methamphetamine).  2. Possession of Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Heroin). 3. Possession of Marijuana. 4. Drug Paraphernalia- Buy/Possess.

Angela M. Couch was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center without further incident.
