Sheriff Greg Speck reports that a Pulaski County School bus was involved in a non-injury accident at 7:18 am on Slate Branch Spur on Wednesday, August 23, 2018.

Lieutenant Jon Williams of the Sheriff's Office arrived on the scene of the accident to find an automobile and the school bus with front end damage to both vehicles. The operator of the school bus, Serena Bolin, age 40 of Somerset was westbound when it collided with an eastbound Chrysler automobile driven by Tiffany Elliott, age 39 of Somerset.

Preliminary indications of Lt. Williams's accident investigation found that both vehicles were negotiating a sharp curve when they had a front end collision.  There were several students on the bus at the time of the collision; however no one suffered any injuries in the accident.

The accident remains under investigation by the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office.
