Temperatures will rise to around 90 degrees today, and when combined with the humidity will lead to heat index readings in the upper 90s to around 100 degrees in some spots.
If you must be outside today be sure to drink plenty of water (start drinking before you feel thirsty) and try to take frequent
breaks in the shade or in air conditioning.
