...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH WEDNESDAY
AFTERNOON...

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* Portions of Indiana and Kentucky, including the following
areas, in Indiana, Clark, Crawford, Floyd, Harrison,
Jefferson, Perry, and Scott. In Kentucky, Adair, Allen,
Anderson, Barren, Bourbon, Boyle, Breckinridge, Bullitt,
Butler, Casey, Clark, Clinton, Cumberland, Edmonson, Fayette,
Franklin, Garrard, Grayson, Green, Hancock, Hardin, Harrison,
Hart, Henry, Jefferson, Jessamine, Larue, Lincoln, Logan,
Madison, Marion, Meade, Mercer, Metcalfe, Monroe, Nelson,
Nicholas, Ohio, Oldham, Russell, Scott, Shelby, Simpson,
Spencer, Taylor, Trimble, Warren, Washington, and Woodford.

* Through Wednesday afternoon

* A slow-moving frontal boundary will remain close enough to the
region until a cold front pushes it through on Wednesday.
Plenty of moisture in the vicinity of this front will mean any
shower or storm will have the potential to produce heavy rain.

* Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 5 inches will be possible at
many locations within the watch area. This additional rainfall
on top of what has already fallen may lead to flash flooding.
