A Pulaski County business is expanding. Prairie Farms in Somerset says it is investing $4 million to expand its bottling plant. The expansion is expected to create nearly a dozen new jobs. The company says several construction jobs will also be supported during the expansion, which is underway and is expected to be completed in late 2019. The plant currently employs around 200 people.
