A recovery effort is underway near Wolf Creek Dam after a drowning.
According to R.C. Director of Emergency Management H.M. Bottom, they are looking for a 61 year-old white man. The victim's name is not being released at this time. The man was reportedly swimming near his houseboat at Wolf Creek Dam when he went under.
