• On Monday, around 12:30am, Casey County Deputy Chad Weddle arrested Michael Huff, 31, of Liberty. Mr. Huff was placed under arrest at Liberty Manor for public intoxication-controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine)-1st degree, 2nd offense,  possession of marijuana & drup paraphernalia.
• Shortly after 11pm Monday Night, Deputy Chad Weddle arrested Joshua Smith, 33, of Liberty. Mr. Smith was placed under arrest on KY 49 for DUI, and driving on a suspended or revoked operator's license.

Lodged in the Casey County Jail.

• Meredith M. Witt, 54 of Burnside, arrested by Pulaski Co. Sheriff's Office for Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance, & Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
• Jeffery W. Holder, 42 of Ferguson, arrested by Somerset Police for Reckless Driving, DUI, Driving on an Expired Operator's License, & Giving Officer False ID.

Lodged in the Pulaski County Jail.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
