A Science Hill, KY man was arrested at 7pmET on Monday, October 29, 2018 on a Pulaski County District Court Warrant for Attempted Murder.
Pulaski County Sheriff Greg Speck along with Sgt. Richard Smith, Deputies Zach Mayfield, Matt Bryant & Marcus Harrison located David W. Irvine, age 38, at his residence on Vaught Ridge Road in Science Hill, KY. Irvine was being sought for allegedly firing several shots at his neighbor, Michael Warren on October 28, 2018. Mr. Warren's residence is directly across the street from Mr. Irvine. The victim was able to flee from his residence on foot without suffering injuries from the gunfire.
David W. Irvine was taken into custody by Sheriff Speck without incident. Two loaded handguns were recovered near the suspect at the time of his arrest. David W. Irvine remains in the Pulaski County Detention Center under $500,000 cash bond.
