A Casey County man will be wheelchair bound for several months while he recovers from a crash involving a school bus. His friends are trying to help him and his three children. They say “He’s got three broken ribs, a broken arm, a broken hip, a broken leg, two broken ankles, and his pelvis is crushed.” Mazen Homsi was on his way to work last week when he collided with a bus that was backing out on Highway 127. Homsi had to be cut from his car. He remains in the ICU. Friends have stepped in to help by building a ramp and widening doorways so he can get around in his home.
