At last night's meeting of the Casey County Fiscal Court, a visitor addressed the court.

Albert Thomas Jr., presented a petition from some of his neighboring residents, requesting black topping for School House Road.

Judge Executive Randy Dial explained the reasons why that would not be feasible...

Under General Business, a member of the Ethics Board, Jim Vaught, requested to be removed from that board. Judge Dial recommended Jennifer Collins to fill that seat. Collins is the Director of the Ag Center. The Court voted to accept Collins to replace Vaught.

The Court also accepted Excess Fees from the Casey County Sheriff's Office totalling just over $8,150. 

The next regular meeting of the Casey County Fiscal Court is scheduled for December 3rd.
