Pulaski County Sheriff Greg Speck reports an early morning traffic stop, on Monday, led to the arrest of three individuals on various drug charges.
Deputy Brandon Smith was on patrol on south Highway 27 shortly before 1amET Monday morning when he conducted a traffic stop on a car operated by Keith Hoskins, age 42 of London, KY. A search of the driver led to the discovery of a needle cap. Mr. Hoskins also had a room at a local hotel, which was occupied by two additional individuals, 51 year old Robert Martin, of Eubank, and Melinda Hoppin, age 36 of London. A search of the room netted illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia.
All three occupants were charged with: Possession of Controlled Substance, 1st Degree (Methamphetamine); Possession of Controlled Substance, 1st Degree (Drug Unspecified); & Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Martin was also charged with Possession of Marijuana.
All three were lodged in the Pulaski County Jail. The investigation continues by the PCSO.
