A Russell Co. man was arrested on Monday, December 17, 2018 following a 1-vehicle accident on Hale's Highway in Russell Springs, KY.
37-year-old Nick Kerns was arrested following the accident on Monday night just before 8:00pmCT. He was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, 1st offense; Driving on a DUI Suspended License, 2nd offense, aggravating circumstances; and Resisting Arrest. Kerns was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center by Russell County Deputy Sheriff Nathan Ginn.
