Adair County Judge Executive Gale Cowan is happy to report improvements in Magistrate Terry Hadley's health. Hadley had a stroke Thursday night. Judge Cowan said he's doing much better. His famiky told her he has amazed the doctor with how well he has done and the progress he has made. He has been up walking. Cowan says to continue the prayers for him and his family.
