The Russell County Sheriffs Office will have its 1st public meeting on Thursday, March 28th, 2019 at 6:00pmCT at the old Russell County Courthouse in the circuit court room. Topics to be discussed include: the county's drug problem, school safety, and church security. Russell County Sheriff Derek Polston & Deputies will be on hand to answer any questions the public has.
