On Wednesday, April 17, 2019 Deputy Brandon Hitch and Sheriff Josh Brockman responded to a residence in the Cane Valley Community to investigate a complaint. The investigation resulted in the arrest of 40-year-old Shannon Rogers who was charged with:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree (Cocaine)
- Tampering with Physical Evidence
- Outstanding Warrant of Arrest
On Thursday, April, 18, 2019 Deputy Derek Padgett conducted a traffic stop in the 900 block of Jamestown Street that resulted in the arrest of 26 year old Majid Aishaheen also known as “Magic" who was arrested on the following charges:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree (Methamphetamine)
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Outstanding Adair District Court Warrant of Arrest
Both were lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail. The Adair County Sheriff's Office is continuing the investigation.
