- Matthew Martin, 31, of Dunnville, KY - arrested Tuesday evening and charged with Burglary, 3rd degree; Burglary, 2nd degree; Theft by Unlawful Taking (Firearm); and Theft by Unlawful Taking ($500 or more but under $10,000). Martin was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
- Michael Harmon, 29, Elkhorn, KY - arrested Tuesday afternoon and charged with Theft of Identity Without Consent. He was lodged in the Russell Co. Jail.
- William Miller, 28, Lebanon - arrested Tuesday by ACSO and charged with Driving on a DUI Suspended License, 1st offense (Aggravating Circumstance), and served 2 Warrants (for other police agencies). Miller was lodged in the Adair Co. Jail.
