* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of South Central Kentucky including the following areas: Casey, Adair, Clinton, Cumberland, Metcalfe, Monroe and Russell.
* WHEN...Until 3:00 PM CST /4:00 PM EST/.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:49 AM CST /12:49 PM EST/, Doppler radar indicated moderate to occasionally heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Liberty, Columbia, Tompkinsville, Albany, Jamestown, Edmonton, Burkesville, Leslie, Russell Springs and Gamaliel.
