An Adair County Grand Jury has returned indictments against the following individuals:
- Jared Wheat, 27, of Columbia - Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia, and
- Trafficking in Methamphetamine.
- Randy Crawhorn, 31, of Campbellsville - Rape 3rd degree with someone under the age of 16 and Persistent Felony Offender 2nd degree.
- Toshia Byers, 27, of Columbia - Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia.
- James M. Gilliatt, 36, of Columbia - Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Possession of Methamphetamine, Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia, and Persistent Felony Offender 1st degree.
- Jose Michael Foster, 20, of Columbia - Fleeing or Evading Police, 2 counts of Wanton Endangerment 1st degree (including Wanton Endangerment involving a Police Officer), Possession of Marijuana, License to be in Possession, Speeding, Failure of Owner to Maintain Insurance, Failure to Signal, Reckless Driving, No Registration Receipt, No/Expired Registration Plates, Failure to Wear Seatbelt, and Failure to Produce Insurance Card.
- Terry Lynn Hollis, 57, of Sulligent, Alabama - Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Operating a Commercial Vehicle in Violation of Part 395 of the Federal Safety Regulations- Hours of Service for Drivers.
- Kaleb Weber, 19, of Indianapolis, Indiana - Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia, Resisting Arrest, and Disorderly Conduct.
- Nathan J. Irvin, 30, of Louisville, KY - Trafficking in Methamphetamine and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
- Heather M. Yates, 31, of Bowling Green, KY - Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree (Hydrocodone), Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd degree (Amphetamine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, and Reckless Driving.
- Jenna Philpott (a.k.a. Jenna Hawthorn-Philpott), 32, of Columbia - Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia.
- Oba Z. Thompson, 32, of Columbia - Promoting Contraband, Possession of Methamphetamine (3rd or subsequent offense), and Persistent Felony Offender 1st degree.
- Kevin Vanarsdale, 52, of Columbia - Tampering with Physical Evidence, 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 3rd degree, and Persistent Felony Offender 2nd degree.
- Coy Delane Morrison Jr., 47, of Columbia - Tampering with Physical Evidence, Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 3rd degree, and Persistent Felony Offender 1st degree.
- Larry D. Taylor (a.k.a. Grasshopper), 42, of Columbia - 2 counts of Trafficking in Methamphetamine and Marijuana, 2 counts of Persistent Felony Offender, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
- Yolanda Watt Sanchez, 45, of Columbia - Trafficking in Methamphetamine and Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Promoting Contraband.
- John M. Thompson, 42, of Columbia - Trafficking in Methamphetamine (second or subsequent offense) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
- Eron J. Davis, 33, of Breeding, KY - Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Promoting Contraband.
- Brittany Stone, 36, of Columbia - Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Persistent Felony Offender.
- Cindy G. Smith (a.k.a. Cindy Rowe), 47, of Columbia - Promoting Contraband and Persistent Felony Offender.
- Nicole R. Hicks, 37, of Columbia - Theft of Identity, DUI (aggravating circumstance), Promoting Contraband, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Operating on a Suspended License, and Possession of Open Alcoholic Beverage Container in Motor Vehicle.
