- Patrick Kimes, 49, of Russell Springs, KY was arrested by Deputy Pierce with the Russell County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday evening. Kimes was charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident-Failure to Render Air or Assistance, Operating Motor Vehicle under the Influence 1st and Wanton Endangerment – 1st Degree. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
- Richard Hawkins, 35, of Louisville, KY was arrested by the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday afternoon. Hawkins was charged with Posession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Methamphetamine), Operating on a Suspended or Revoked Operators License, Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Insurance, 1st Offense and Failure to Signal. Hawkins was lodged in the Adair County Reginal Jail.
