Pike was charged with Speeding 26mph or more over Speed Limit, Reckless Driving, Failure to or Improper Signal, Operating Motor Vehicle Function without Ignition Interlock Device, Operating Motor Vehicle under Influence of Alcohol .08, 1^st (Aggravated Circumstances), Fleeing or Evading Police, 1^st Degree (Motor Vehicle) and Wanton Endangerment – 1^st. He was lodged into the Adair County Regional Jail.
