Chelsey Andrew, 31, of Russell Springs - arrested early Sunday morning by the RSPD for Failure to Signal, Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia, as well as three counts of Failure to Appear.
Ernest Bradley Foley, 55, of Jamestown - arrested on Friday night by Jamestown Police Dept. for Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. He was also charged with four counts of Contempt of Court.
Lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
Todd Emmitt, 51, of Park City, KY was arrested on Friday afternoon by KSP for Careless Driving and DUI (2nd or greater offense).
Lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
