Donovan Lee Morton, 25, of Russell Springs, KY was arrested on Sunday evening, August 20, 2023 by KSP for Obstructed Vision and/or Windshield, Failure to Produce Insurance Card, Failure to Maintain Required Insurance, Trafficking in Methamphetamine (2nd or greater offense), Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon.
Morton was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
