At Tuesday's R.C. Chamber of Commerce monthly meeting, Russell County Judge Executive Randy Marcum, Jamestown Mayor Regena Hinton and Russell Springs Mayor Eddie Thomas announced plans for a sports complex to be located in the Industrial Park off of French Valley Rd.
