Frankie Turpin, age 79 of Windsor, KY passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2017, at Casey County Hospital. Born on April 26, 1938, in Casey County, KY, he was a son of the late Amos Wolford Turpin and Irene Adkins Neal. He was a bulldozer builder for Harrison Steel in Indiana. Frankie was an avid rabbit and coon hunter. He also enjoyed horseback riding.

In addition to his parents, Frankie is preceded in death by a son, Russell Loren Richardson; and his step-mother, Patrie Marie Luttrell Turpin.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. EST on Thursday, December 21, 2017, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Kenny Spaw officiating. Burial will follow in South Fork Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, December 20, 2017, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.
