Homer Langdon, of Hustonville, passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2018, at his residence. He was 70.
Born on June 19, 1947, in Confluence, KY, he was a son of the late Potter Langdon and Laura Smith Robinson. He was retired from National Starch and Chemical Company. Homer was a Vietnam veteran and was awarded a Silver Star. He was also an avid fisherman.
Homer is survived by his loving wife, Sally J. Lucas Langdon; 2 sons: Mark Langdon of Frankfort & Darren (Catherine) Langdon of Indianapolis, IN; 2 grandsons: Wyatt & Dustin; 1 sister: Mary (Ron) Kidd of London, KY
In addition to his parents, Homer is preceded in death by 4 brothers, Guston Langdon, Jasper Langdon, Ledford (Anna) Langdon and Dorris Langdon.
Funeral Service: 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 23, 2018, at Indian Creek Baptist Church with Bro. Dwayne Orange officiating.
Burial: K.P. Hall Cemetery with military honors by the Casey County Honor Guard.
Visitation: 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, March 22, 2018, at Indian Creek Baptist Church.
