Billy Karnes, 56, of Columbia, KY died Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at 8:12 A.M. at his home. Billy was born April 27, 1962 in Lincoln, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Osby Karnes, Sr. & Dorothy Price Karnes; one sister, Rose Marie Karnes; and one brother-in-law, Larry “NuNu” Nally.
Billy was a United States National Guard Veteran, attended Hutchison Community Church and a former gas station attendant at Gate.
