James Shively, 70, of Campbellsville, KY, son of the late Joseph Marion Shively and Mary Mathis Shively, was born August 15, 1948 in Jefferson County, KY. He died at 2:05 P.M., Sunday, March 10, 2019 in Elizabethtown.
He was a retired employee of General Electric after 35 years. James enjoyed being out in the sun, fishing, four-wheeling and going out to eat.
He united in marriage to Nannette Eldridge Shively, February 4, 1967 and she preceded him in death July 19, 2012. He later united in marriage to Banda Wise, April 22, 2013.
Besides his wife, Banda Shively of Campbellsville, he is survived by 1 son, James Earl Shively of Campbellsville; 2 step-sons & 4 step-daughters: Michael Wise of Dayton, KY, Jason Wise of Canmer, Jennifer Dotson and husband Jason of Greensburg, Paula Gray and husband Kevin of Clermont, Ohio, Jamie Wise of Campbellsville and Megan Wise of Lexington; several grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; 4 brothers and 2 sisters: Shelby Shively and wife Ramona of Lebanon, Howard Shively and wife Debbie of Calvary, Eugene Shively and wife Melissa of Springfield, Joe Shively, Hilda Wright of Finley and Vicky Winstead; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends
James was also preceded in death by a grandson, Christopher Clark and four brothers and two sisters: Jack Shively, George Shively, Ray Shively, Piaus Edward Shively, Delores Shively and Linda Davis.
