Elizabeth “Betty” Glahn, 73, of Jamestown, KY, passed away on Monday, November 9, 2020 at Russell County Hospital. Born on July 3, 1947 in Wallkill, New York she was a daughter of the late Kenneth and Mary Marr Carr.
Betty was a mother, homemaker, and a registered nurse. She was a member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Betty also enjoyed flowers, gardening, and volunteering at the Holy Spirit Catholic Thrift Store.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by a daughter, Rebecca Maryellen Glahn; and a sister, Teresa Domenech.

4 sisters: Barbara Carr of Baltimore, Maryland; Rosemarie Glover of Cortland, New York; Effie Carr of Tarboro, North Carolina; and Patricia Corfizzi of Montgomery, New York
1 brother: Kenneth Carr of Heniker, New Hampshire
Funeral Mass: Friday, November 13, 2020 at 1:00pmCT at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Jamestown with Father Joseph Thomas officiating
Burial: Jamestown Cemetery
Visitation: Thursday, November 12, 2020 from 5:00-7:00pmCT at Bernard Funeral Home.
