Barbara Franklin Sinclair, 78, of Columbia, KY died Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at Summit Manor Nursing Home in Columbia, KY. She was born in Columbia, KY on February 28, 1943 to the late Samuel E. and Nancy Alice Estes Franklin.  

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arvist Lee “Pee Wee” Sinclair and a brother, Jerry Lee Franklin.

Barbara was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and enjoyed flower gardening, watching hummingbirds and spending time with family and friends.

3 children: Debbie Sinclair and Kenny Sinclair both of Columbia, KY and Lea Ann Hilton (Bill) of Coxs Creek, KY

6 grandchildren: Melanie Gilpin, Waynaria Sinclair, Jordan Tyler Sinclair, Austin Lee Sinclair, Kyle Burton and Hannah Price

5 great-grandchildren: Jackson, Kylie, Allie Mae and Hunter Lee Sinclair and Evelyn Madison Burton

Sister-in-law: Anita Corbin Franklin of Columbia 

4 nephews: Jeremy Franklin of Nashville, TN, Mark Franklin of Columbia, KY, Timmy Franklin of Columbia, KY and Larry Sinclair of Louisville, KY

1 niece: Cheryl Kanaly of Louisville, KY
