Kenneth Richard Blair, 90, of Russell Springs, KY died Monday, July 10, 2023 at Russell County Hospital. He was born March 25, 1933 in Russell Springs to the late Herbert and Effie Maye Chrisman Blair.
Kenneth was a veteran of the United States Navy and served during the Korean War.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lou Sportsman Blair.
Graveside Service: Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 10:00amCT at Fairview Memorial Cemetery with Bro. Eric Richardson officiating. Full military honors will be provided by Russell Springs DAV Chapter 51, along with VFW Post 6097 of Adair County.
