Frances Lynn Grabill, 75, of Jamestown, KY passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, KY. She was born in Orangeburg, SC on December 25, 1947, a daughter of the late Carey Frances (Mizzell) and Francis Grabill.
Francis was a retired band teacher and assistant band director.
