Michael Foley, 67, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Thursday, July 27, 2023 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY. He was born March 15, 1956 in Somerset, KY, the son of the late Arlus Maxcell Foley and Christine Norflett Foley.
Michael was an employee of Wolf Creek Marina and played bass with the Higginbotham Quartet.
