Oda Pearl Starnes, 88, of Jamestown, KY passed away Thursday, October 19, 2023 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY. She was born on June 4, 1935 in Albany, KY, the son of the late Martin Johnson and Ann Guffey Johnson.
Ms. Starnes was a homemaker. She loved hats, baking chocolate pies and music. Ms. Starnes was a loving mother, grandmother and friend.

1 daughter: Wanda Guffey (Phillip) of Indianapolis, IN
2 sons: Billy Starnes of Cave City, KY and David Starnes of Indianapolis, IN
1 sister: Nina Mae Stearns of Albany, KY
7 grandchildren & 12 great-grandchildren
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Ronnie Johnson; two sisters: Margie Antle and Lola Antle; and a son, Randall Starnes.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
