Carl Dean Redmon, 80, of Columbia, KY passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, KY. He was born on September 2, 1943 in Franklin, IN to the late Elmer Ray and Sarah Jane Frost Redmon.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Della Jean Burton Redmon.
Mr. Redmon was a member of the Freedom Separate Baptist Church. He enjoyed antique tractors and cars and spending time with his family and friends.

3 children: Bobbie Huckaby (Roger) of Columbia, Lisa Robson (James) of Peru, IN, and Rodney Redmon (Rhonda) of Russell Springs, KY
3 grandchildren: Carlee and Bailey Huckaby and Riley Redmon
1 sister: Juanita Denton (Jimmy) of Columbia
Several nieces & nephews
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by two grandchildren: Andrea Townsend and Anthony Huckaby and five siblings: David, Randall, Edward, and Buck Redmon, and Wanda Homon.
Funeral Service: Friday, October 27, 2023 at 10:00amCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Bro. Darrin Blair and Bro. Richie Curtis officiating
Burial: Freedom Cemetery
Visitation: Thursday from 4:00-8:00pmCT and Friday until time for the service at the funeral home
Pallbearers: Jamie Redmon, Willie George, Paul Rooks, Roger Rooks, Don Kemp, and John Denton
