Velma Jean Holmes, 74, of Stanford, KY, formerly of Adair County, KY died Saturday, October 28, 2023 at her residence. She was born April 28, 1949 in McCreary County, KY to the late Lloyd and Leva Phillips Worley.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers: Gary and Greg Worley.
She was a member of Purdy Separate Baptist Church and a homemaker.
