The 7th annual “Truck It Up,” will be held on Friday, June 26, 2026 in the City of Columbia parking lot at the corner of Campbellsville Street and Merchant Street. It will be an activity the City of Columbia is happy to bring back for yet another year to offer increased culinary options in Columbia. Food trucks representing different food choices will be there from 11 a.m. until closing.
Some already scheduled include:
- Shogun’s of Bowling Green
- The 5000 of Campbellsville
- Luxe Lemon of Columbia

There will also be some food trucks in the same area on Friday, July 10th:
- Wicked Weiners of Columbia
- Luxe Lemon of Columbia
- Brother’s Barbecue of Campbellsville
This will be in conjunction with a Columbia Cruise-In & Car Show on Saturday, July 11, 2026.
