The 7th annual “Truck It Up” will be held on Friday, June 26, 2026 in the City of Columbia parking lot at the corner of Campbellsville Street and Merchant Street. It's an activity brought back for yet another year to offer increased culinary options in Columbia.
Food trucks representing different food choices will be there from 11 a.m. until closing. Some already scheduled include:

- The 5000 of Campbellsville
- Luxe Lemon of Columbia
- Mike & Amy’s Deli of Liberty
- Happy Hawg of Columbia
- Wok this Way of Campbellsville
- PJ’s Swirl and Twirl of Campbellsville
- Smoke and Smash of Campbellsville
- Cindy’s Diner of Columbia
- All-American Brew of Columbia (Open from 7AM until sellout)
