RC Fiscal Court Lifts Burn Ban

The Russell County Fiscal Court has lifted the burn ban for the county.  However, a burn ban does exist for the state of Kentucky which only allows burning between the hours of 6:00 pm to 6:00 am.  Please follow the state burn ban guidelines.
