A Clinton County deputy jailer has been arrested. 50-year-old Tony Denney, of Albany, was arrested on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 5:06 PM and charged with Official Misconduct and Promoting Contraband. Denney is a Clinton County Deputy Jailer and the arrest is the result of an ongoing probe into contraband being introduced into a secure facility.
