An Adair County man died in a single vehicle accident in Pulaski County late Tuesday.

 

According to Pulaski County Sheriff Greg Speck, deputies responded to the scene, 9 miles west on the Cumberland Parkway shortly before 11pm Tuesday. Upon arrival, Sergeant Bryan Shepard found that 68 year old Daniel Farr of Columbia, KY had lost control of a 2008 Nissan pickup truck, veered into the median and rolled over several times.

 

Mr. Farr was treated by Pulaski County EMS and later pronounced dead at the scene by Pulaski County Deputy Coroner Gerald Collingsworth. 

 

Units from the Nancy Fire Department assisted at the scene. Investigators say medical issues may have contributed to the cause of the accident, which remains under investigation by the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office.
